This extremely articulated figure features 12 interchangeable heads, a stand to support him, and is even the same size as the prop used to film "The Nightmare Before Christmas". As mentioned in the title, this is a modified item. In picture #11 of this listing, you can see what this modification is.

What I did is I replaced the very cheap plastic ball joint. In fact, the ball joint broke when I first tried to take off the head. With this drastic improvement, you can now slide the heads on and off with ease while the neck still sustains functionality. As far as the condition of this item goes, there are a couple of scratches on the neck, but these are covered up with the head.
