This is the 2012 Disney Store "original release" of the Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor 40 (note the company logo on the top front of the box). The box has been opened, but Mayor has always remained in the box and in perfect condition. See photos for visible box flaws on three sides of the box, but the box is in generally nice condition especially from the front view for a perfect display piece.
