From what I can see, Shock's head has been reglued and there is obviously both battery covers missing. The wind up music box does still work and Sandy claws appears to still move without any issues!! I know when I first bought, I did put batteries in and the pumpkins on the wall did light up. They may not light up now due to the age of the snowglobe - From what I can see from others posts, this is a common occurrence and isn't abnormal for this piece. Reasonable offers won't be turned down! Just a nurse trying to spread NBC happiness at reasonable prices??
